ဓမၼေစတီဆရာေတာ္၏ မိန္႔ၾကားခ်က္မ်ား

ေလေဘးသင့္ျပည္သူမ်ားအတြက္ ေငြႏွင့္ပစၥည္းမ်ား လွဴဒါန္းၾကရာတြင္ စနစ္တက်ႏွင့္ စည္းကမ္းတက် ေပးေ၀လွဴဒါန္းသင့္ေၾကာင္း ဓမၼေစတီဆရာေတာ္၏ မိန္႔ၾကားခ်က္မ်ား

ေလေဘးသင့္ခံရတယ္ၾကားေတာ့ ဆရာေတာ္ ျမစ္ႀကီးနားေရာက္ေနတယ္။ ဒါနဲ႔ မႏၱေလးမွာ ဓမၼသဘင္ပြဲ လုပ္ခဲ့တယ္။ ေလေဘးသင့္ခံရတဲ့ သူေတြအတြက္ ရည္ရြယ္ၿပီး လုပ္ခဲ့တာပါ။ အဲဒီဓမၼသဘင္ပြဲေတြမွာ ဆရာေတာ္ သိန္း ၁၂၀၀ ေက်ာ္နဲ႔ ပစၥည္းေတြ ၁၀ ဘီးကား (၁၀)စီးစာေလာက္ ရခဲ့တယ္။ အဲဒီပစၥည္းေတြကို သက္ဆုိင္ရာတာ၀န္ရွိတဲ့သူေတြထံ အကူအညီေတာင္းၿပီး သယ္ယူခဲ့တာ ေမ ၂၂ ရက္မွာ ကြမ္းၿခံကုန္းၿမိဳ႕သို႔ ေရာက္ခဲ့တယ္။ ကြမ္းၿခံကုန္းၿမိဳ႕မွာ ေငြက်ပ္ ၄၃ သိန္းေလာက္ တန္ဖိုးရွိတဲ့ ကုန္ပစၥည္းမ်ိဳးစံု ကားေျခာက္စီးခန္႔ လွဴခဲ့ပါတယ္။
ဒီမွာရွိတဲ့ သက္ဆိုင္ရာတာ၀န္ရွိသူေတြ၊ ၀န္ထမ္းေတြရဲ႕ အကူအညီကိုယူၿပီး ေဒးဒရဲ၊ ဖ်ာပံု၊ က်ံဳဒတ္၊ သံဒိတ္၊ က်ံဳဒါးစတဲ့ ေနရာေတြအထိ ကိုယ္တုိင္သြားၿပီး အစားအစာ၊ အ၀တ္အထည္ပစၥည္းေတြ လွဴခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ေမ ၂၈ ရက္ေန႔အထိ ဆန္အိတ္ေပါင္း ၂၀၀၀ ေက်ာ္၊ အ၀တ္အထည္ ႏွစ္သိန္းခန္႔ကိုလည္း ေလေဘးသင့္ခံရသူေတြအတြက္ လွဴဒါန္းခဲ့တာ သက္ဆုိင္သူေတြကို ေမးၾကည့္တဲ့အခါ အားလံုး ေလေဘးသင့္ခံရသူေတြလက္ထဲ ေရာက္ရွိသြားၿပီျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သိရပါတယ္။
လွဴဒါန္းတာကေတာ့ ေလေဘးသင့္ခံရတဲ့ သံဃာ၊ သီလရွင္၊ ဘုန္းေတာ္ႀကီးေက်ာင္း၊ ဘုရားေတြကအစ အားလံုးလွဴတာပါ။ ကြမ္းၿခံကုန္းၿမိဳ႕မွာ လူဦးေရ တစ္သိန္းသံုးေသာင္းခန္႔ ရွိတယ္။ ၿမိဳ႕ေပၚမွာ အိမ္ေထာင္စု ၃၉၀၀၊ ေက်းလက္မွာ အိမ္ေထာင္စု ၂၁၀၀၀ ရွိတာမို႔ စုစုေပါင္း အိမ္ေထာင္စု ၂၅၀၀၀ ခန္႔ရွိတယ္။ သူတို႔ကို အခုအခ်ိန္အထိ ဆန္ျပည္ေပါင္း ႏွစ္သိန္းခြဲ လွဴၿပီးၿပီ။ ေက်းရြာေတြအေရာက္သြားၿပီး လွဴဒါန္းဖို႔အတြက္ ဒီဇယ္ဂါလန္ ၅၀ ဖိုးကိုလည္း ေပးခဲ့တယ္။ ဒီလုိပစၥည္းေတြကို ေက်းရြာေတြအထိ ပို႔ေဆာင္ေပးမယ့္ လုပ္အားေပးရဲေဘာ္ေတြအတြက္ (၁၀)သိန္း ေပးလွဴခဲ့ပါတယ္။ လွဴဒါန္းတဲ့အခါမွာလည္း ကြမ္းၿခံကုန္းၿမိဳ႕နယ္မွာ က်န္းမာေရးအတြက္ ငါးသိန္း၊ ပညာေရးအတြက္ ငါးသိန္း၊ ဘုရားႀကီးအတြက္ ေငြက်ပ္ ၁၀ သိန္း လွဴဒါန္းခဲ့ပါတယ္။
ေဒးဒရဲနဲ႔ ဖ်ာပံုၿမိဳ႕နယ္မွာ ပစၥည္းေတြ ကားသံုးစီးတိုက္၊ ဘုိကေလးၿမိဳ႕နယ္၊ ေမာ္လၿမိဳင္ကၽြန္းၿမိဳ႕နယ္နဲ႔ လပြတၱာၿမိဳ႕နယ္ေတြစတဲ့ ဧရာ၀တီတိုင္းအတြင္းမွာ အခုအခ်ိန္အထိ လွဴဒါန္းခဲ့တာ သိန္းတစ္ေသာင္းေက်ာ္ဖိုး ရွိေနၿပီ။ ကြမ္းၿခံကုန္းၿမိဳ႕မွာ ဆန္အိတ္ ၁၀၀၀ ေက်ာ္ အခု လွဴဒါန္းေနတယ္။ လွဴဒါန္းတဲ့အခါမွာလည္း တစ္ယူနစ္လို႔ သတ္မွတ္ရမယ့္ မုန္႔ေျခာက္၊ ေခါက္ဆြဲေျခာက္၊ တဘက္၊ ဖိနပ္၊ ငါးပိေၾကာ္၊ ဆန္၊ အ၀တ္အထည္ စတဲ့ ပစၥည္းရွစ္မ်ိဳးပါရွိတဲ့ ယူနစ္ေပါင္း ႏွစ္ေသာင္းေက်ာ္ ဆရာေတာ္ ယူလာခဲ့တယ္။ ဆန္ကေတာ့ တစ္ယူနစ္မွာ တစ္ျပည္ႏႈန္းဆိုေတာ့ ဆန္တစ္ျပည္ လူ ၁၀ဦး သတ္မွတ္ရင္ လူဦးေရ ႏွစ္သိန္းခန္႔ (မိသားစု ႏွစ္ေသာင္း) စားေလာက္ေအာင္ လွဴဒါန္းေနပါတယ္။ ဆရာေတာ္အေနနဲ႔ ရန္ကုန္မွာရွိတဲ့ ေရႊေပါက္ကံ၊ ေရႊျပည္သာ၊ လိႈင္သာယာၿမိဳ႕ေတြမွာလည္း လွဴဒါန္းခဲ့ၿပီးပါၿပီ။
ေလေဘးသင့္သူေတြကို စာနာေထာက္ထားၿပီး လွဴဒါန္းေနေပမယ့္ ခ်က္ခ်င္းပစၥည္းေတြ မေရာက္လာလို႔ သူတို႔ေတြ ေဒါသျဖစ္ၾကတယ္။ ဒါဟာ ပစၥည္းရလိုမႈအေပၚ ေလာဘရွိေနလို႔ ေဒါသျဖစ္တာ၊ ေလာဘကို အမွီျပဳၿပီး ေဒါသျဖစ္တာပါ။ အဲဒီေဒါသေၾကာင့္ ေမာဟလည္း ျဖစ္လာတာပါပဲ။ ေလာဘအားႀကီးရင္ မီးေဘးဒဏ္ခံရတတ္တယ္။ ေဒါသအားႀကီးရင္ ေရေဘးသင့္တတ္တယ္။ ေမာဟႀကီးရင္ ေလေဘးသင့္တတ္တယ္။ အဲဒီေတာ့ ေလာဘကို ႏွိမ္နင္းႏိုင္ေအာင္ ေပးကမ္းမႈေတြ ျပဳလုပ္ရမယ္။ ေဒါသကို ႏွိမ္နင္းဖို႔အတြက္ ကိုယ္က်င့္တရား(သီလ) ေကာင္းရမယ္။ ေမာဟကို ႏွိမ္နင္းခ်င္ရင္ေတာ့ တရားအက်င့္ က်င့္ရမယ္။
တခ်ိဳ႕လွဴဒါန္းတဲ့သူေတြက ဒီလိုေပးကမ္းရတာ ေပ်ာ္တယ္ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ မေကာင္းဘူး။ ဒုကၡေရာက္တဲ့ သူေတြကို ေမတၱာစစ္စစ္၊ က႐ုဏာစစ္စစ္နဲ႔ ေပးေ၀လွဴဒါန္းမႈျဖစ္သင့္တယ္။ အေပ်ာ္အကုသိုလ္ျဖစ္ေအာင္ မလုပ္သင့္ဘူး။ ေနာက္ၿပီး အားလပ္ရက္အေပ်ာ္ခရီးထြက္တာမ်ိဳးလည္း မျဖစ္သင့္ဘူး။ ဆရာေတာ္က အခုေပ်ာ္လို႔ လာလုပ္ေနတာမဟုတ္ဘူး။ ဒုကၡကိုယ္စီရွိေနၾကတဲ့ လူသားခ်င္းျဖစ္တာမို႔ ကုိယ္ခ်င္းစာ တရားနဲ႔ လာလုပ္ေနတာပါ။ တခ်ိဳ႕က ကားေပၚမွာတင္လာတဲ့ ပစၥည္းက တစ္တန္ေလာက္ရွိတယ္။ က်န္ပါလာတဲ့ကားက ငါးစီးေလာက္ရွိတယ္။ ကားေပၚကေနၿပီး မုန္႔တစ္ခ်ပ္ ႏွစ္ခ်ပ္ေလာက္ ပစ္ခ်တာကို လူ ၂၀၀ ေလာက္ ၀ိုင္းလုၾကတယ္။ မႀကိဳက္ဘူး။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဆရာေတာ္ အမွန္တုိင္းေျပာတာပါ။ အေပ်ာ္ႀကီး တစ္ခုအေနနဲ႔ မထြက္လာပါနဲ႔။ ေနာက္ၿပီး သာသနာ့အလံ ေထာင္ထားတဲ့ ကားတစ္စီးက ေမာင္းရင္း မုန္႔ေတြ ပစ္ခ်သြားတယ္။ လူေတြ ၀ိုင္းလုၾကတယ္။ ဒီေတာ့ အဲဒီကားကို ရဲတပ္ဖြဲ႔က တားတယ္။ ဒီလို မလုပ္ပါနဲ႔လို႔။ ဒါေပမယ့္ အဲဒီကားမွာပါလာတဲ့ ဆရာေတာ္တစ္ပါးက ျပည္သူေတြကို ပစၥည္းေတြ ငါတို႔ ေပးခ်င္တယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ရဲက တားတယ္လို႔ ေျပာတယ္။ အဲဒီေတာ့ ျပည္သူနဲ႔ ရဲေတြ ထိပ္တိုက္ေတြ႕တာေပါ့။ စကားေတြ ထြက္လာတယ္။ ေပးလိုက္တဲ့ပစၥည္းေတြကို ရဲကတားတယ္။ စစ္တပ္က တားတယ္။ ဒါ အမွန္မဟုတ္ဘူး။ ေပးတာ စနစ္မက်လို႔ စနစ္က်ေအာင္ေျပာတာ။ အခု ဆရာေတာ္ေျပာတာေတြဟာ ဘယ္ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ကမွ ေျပာခိုင္းတာ မဟုတ္သလို ဘယ္အစိုးရကမွ ေျပာခုိင္းတာလည္း မဟုတ္ဘူး။ ကိုယ္တုိင္ျမင္လို႔ ေျပာတာ။ အဲဒီလုိ သတင္းမ်ိဳးေတြ မီဒီယာေတြဆီ ေရာက္ၿပီး အသံေတြ ထြက္လာတာေပါ့။
ဦးေကာသလႅကေတာ့ ပစၥည္းေတြေပးေ၀မႈမွာ သက္ဆုိင္ရာကို အကူအညီယူတယ္။ သူတို႔ ကူညီၾကတယ္။ ဆရာေတာ္နဲ႔ ေတြ႕ရတဲ့ ရဲေတြ၊ တပ္မေတာ္သားေတြဟာ အလုပ္လုပ္ၾကတယ္။ တစ္ဦးခ်င္းကို မသိေပမယ့္ သူတို႔ေတြ အလုပ္လုပ္ၾကပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ တိတိက်က် သတင္းေတြမသိဘဲ မေျပာၾကပါနဲ႔။ ျပည္သူေတြ တကယ္ဆင္းလာၾကည့္ပါ။ နားစြန္နားဖ်ားနဲ႔ မလုပ္ပါနဲ႔။ တုိင္းျပည္ တကယ္အေရးဒုကၡေတြ႕ေနခ်ိန္မွာ ေလာဘ၊ ေဒါသ၊ ေမာဟေတြေလွ်ာ့ၿပီး ေဆာင္ရြက္ၾကပါလို႔ ေျပာခ်င္ပါတယ္။

Dhamma Zedi Sayadaw says people should donate cash and kind to storm victims systematic and in disciplined ways

When I heard about the natural disaster, I was in Myitkyina. Then, I held a preaching ceremony in Mandalay with the aim of raising funds for the victims. At the ceremony, I was offered more than 120 million kyats and supplies full of ten ten-wheel trucks. I asked authorities for help to transport the donations. The supplies arrived at Kungyangon on 22 May. I donated supplies full of six trucks worth about 4.3 million kyats in the town.
Then, I asked responsible persons and staff for help to transport the donations to the storm-affected areas such as Dedaye, Pyapon, Kyondat, Thandeik and Kyonda and I donated the food and clothes to the victims. Up to 28 May, I had donated more than 2000 bags of rice and about 200000 clothes to the victims through officials concerned.
I donated the supplies to all victims including members of the Sangha, nuns, monasteries and pagodas. Now, the population of Kungyangon is about 130000. In the town, there are 3900 households in the urban area and 21000 households in the rural areas, totaling about 25000 households. So far, I have donated 250000 pyis (small baskets) of rice to them. I presented cash to buy 50 gallons of diesel to transport the donations to the villages. I presented one million kyats to the volunteers who would transport the supplies to the villages. Of the donations to Kungyangon Township, 500000 kyats went to the health sector, 500000 kyats to the education sector, and one million kyats to the trust funds of the pagoda.
I donated supplies full of three trucks in Dedaye and Pyapon townships. So far, I have donated supplies worth more than 1000 million kyats to the victims in the storm-hit areas of Ayeyawady Division such as Bogale, Mawlamyiegyun and Labutta townships. I am now donating more than 1000 bags of rice to the victims in Kungyangon. In the process, I took more than 20000 units of supplies. A unit is made up eight kinds of supplies. They are rusk, instant noodle, towel, slippers, fried prawn paste, rice and clothes. A unit of rice is rated at a pyi. Supposing a pyi of rice is enough for ten people, I am donating rice enough for about 200000 people (20000 households). I also made donations to the victims in Shwepaukkan, Shwepyitha and Hlinethaya in Yangon.
The victims felt angry because the supplies did not reach immediately. The anger was due to their greed. They could come under delusion due to their anger. Persons with much greed may face fire, persons with much anger may face floods, and persons with much delusion may face strong winds. So, a person should make charity to suppress his greed, preserve moral conduct to suppress his anger, and practice meditation to overcome his delusion.
I did not think it was wise if some felt joy to make donations, and the donation should be based on true loving-kindness and compassion; that they should not make donations for pleasure replete with demerits, nor should they do so like going on a picnic; that I was making donations because of my humanitarianism not because of joy; that some buses carried a ton of supplies each; that when one or two slices of bread were dropped from a moving car, about 200 people were in a scramble for the bread; that I was not happy with seeing such acts; that I suggested that donors should not make a trip to the areas as if they were on a picnic; that I witnessed snacks were dropped from a moving car with the religious flag flown, and people on the road were jostling each other for the snacks, so the police stopped the car; that then a monk in the car said that he wanted to give a way supplies to the victims but he was prevented by the police, thereby creating a conflict between the police and the victims; that then some rumours surfaced that the police and the armed forces were forbidding the direct aid; that indeed, they were not true at all; that I am saying so to ensure systematic donations; that I am saying so, but not under the instructions of any senior military officers or the government; and that I say so because of I firsthand experiences.
I asked the officials for help in distributing the supplies. They extended a helping hand to me. All the police and servicemen I met worked hard. I did not know them in person, but I can say that they worked. So, No one should make comments without knowing all the facts. I would like to urge the people to visit the areas for their information. They should not spread the hearsays. I would say all should not have much greed, anger and delusion in carrying out the relief tasks in the times of emergency.
