ျပည္ေထာင္စုေရြးေကာက္ပြဲေကာ္မရွင္သည္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုေရြးေကာက္ပြဲေကာ္မရွင္ ဥပေဒပုဒ္မ ၈ ပါ တာ၀န္ႏွင့္ လုပ္ပုိင္ခြင့္ကို က်င့္သံုး၍ သက္ဆုိင္ရာ လႊတ္ေတာ္ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ ဥပေဒပုဒ္မ ၃၄(ဂ) ႏွင့္ နည္းဥပေဒ ၁၆(က) တို႔အရ ၁၃၇၂ ခုႏွစ္၊ တန္ေဆာင္မုန္းလဆန္း ၁ ရက္ (၂၀၁၀ ျပည့္ႏွစ္၊ ႏို၀င္ဘာလ ၇ ရက္) တနဂၤေႏြေန႔တြင္ လႊတ္ေတာ္အသီးသီးအတြက္ ပါတီစံုဒီမိုကေရစီ အေထြေထြေရြးေကာက္ပြဲမ်ား က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္မည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သတ္မွတ္ေၾကညာလိုက္သည္။

The announcement of the date to hold the multiparty democracy general elections for the respective Hluttaws

The Union Election Commission exercising the duties and powers contained in the Article 8 of the Union Election Commission Law announces that it will hold the multiparty democracy general elections for the respective Hluttaws on Sunday, the 1st waxing of Tazaungmone, 1372 ME (7 November 2010) in accordance with the Article 34 (c) of the respective Hluttaw Election Laws and Rules 16(a).
